Subscriber/Member Information
 Rates:            $65.00 per quarter  - Billable quarterly or annually
Advertising: $50.00; $75.00 and $100.00 – quarterly
Copies: $0.15 – 8.5” x 11”; Plan copies vary depending on size and quantity. Electronic copies available. All rates are plus applicable taxes.

Hours:            8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
 
Subscriber/Member Benefits/Privileges:

• Weekly bulletin – published each Tuesday
  • Available via e-mail or 1st class mail
  • Multiple email addresses can receive bulletin under same subscription
• Internet Plan Room - Access (password protected)
  • Web-site is updated frequently with current information
• Plan Check-Out
  • Plans in the WTPR are available for overnight check-out to members/subscribers
    • Reservations required – first come, first serve
    • Plans may be picked up after 4:00 pm and must be returned by 8:30 am
    • After hours plan pick up/drop off box is available

Policy Statement
Dues/Other Charges
New Accounts – New subscriber accounts are payable in advance. Bulletins will be sent only after full payments are received
Existing Accounts – All invoices from WTPR are due within 30 days of invoice date. Accounts with balances over 30 days old will be sent notices and set up for cancellation if not paid with 15 days. Bulletins will not be sent to accounts over 45 days old.

Canceled Subscriptions – To re-instate canceled subscriptions all previous unpaid charges and one additional quarter’s dues (plus applicable taxes) must be paid in advance

Plan Check-Out

• Plans in the WTPR are available for overnight check-out to members/subscribers only
• Reservations required – first come, first serve
• Plans may be picked up after 4:00 pm and must be returned by 8:30 am
• After hours plan pick up/drop off box is available
  • Additional policies regarding plan check-out
    • Plans may not be checked out the night before published bid date
    • When plans are not returned by 8:30 am the following morning – check out privileges will be suspended – re-instatement of check-out privileges will be at the discretion of WTPR

Privacy
WTPR does not sell or give our database to outside organizations. Occasionally WTPR is asked for list of contractors in specific trades by general contractors seeking bids. In the case we will give out this information of member/subscribers to the requesting GC unless we are instructed in writing by the member/subscriber.
